No. The code describes a fault but does not by itself identify the component to replace. The error must be interpreted for the specific model and the fault assessed before buying a part.
We ship to mainland Spain only. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Spare-part shipping costs €9 including VAT and is free on orders of €120 or more. Delivery of boilers to mainland Spain is included; installation is arranged separately.
The appliance purchase and installation are separate. Installation is not included by default. In Madrid and the surrounding area, ask separately about installation, accessories, removal and any adaptations.
