We ship spare parts to mainland Spain and 25 other EU countries. Spare-part shipping per order: mainland Spain, €9, free on product orders of €120 or more; Austria, €18; Belgium, €15; Bulgaria, €27; Czechia, €14; Denmark, €24; Estonia, €23; Finland, €32; Greece, €32; Croatia, €24; Hungary, €15; Lithuania, €23; Luxembourg, €18; Latvia, €23; the Netherlands, €14; Poland, €14; Portugal, €9; Sweden, €35; Slovenia, €17; Slovakia, €17; France, €14; Germany, €13; Ireland, €22; Romania, €35; Italy, €15; Malta, €15. Free shipping from €120 in products applies only to mainland Spain. We do not ship to Cyprus, the United Kingdom, the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Transport is included for boilers shipped to mainland Spain. The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded. Installation is not included.
Preparation and delivery time
Estimated total delivery time: 24–48 business hours from order confirmation for in-stock spare parts shipped to mainland Spain. Orders received after 13:00 or on non-working days are processed on the next business day.
Availability is checked at purchase. For boilers available on request, confirm the delivery timeframe before purchase; the in-stock spare-parts timeframe does not apply.
Follow-up and direction
Check the address before you pay. View your purchases from My account or the guest order trackingIf you need help, contact us and indicates the order number.
Damage, loss or incorrect product
If you notice damage when your parcel arrives, report it as soon as possible and keep any available evidence. Photos of the parcel, label and part may help. Failing to report it within 24 or 48 hours does not, by itself, extinguish the consumer’s statutory rights.
The store must handle any delivery issues for which it is responsible. The consumer cannot be required to pursue every claim against the carrier before physically receiving the product.
