Means of payment
Payment is made at checkout. Available methods are displayed before confirming, including digital wallets when supported by the device and the provider. Bank details are entered into the secure fields of the payment provider.
You can buy as a guest. Check the amount, shipping and return conditions before authorizing the purchase.
Before authorising a payment
Check the order summary, with taxes and shipping costs, before paying. The order is confirmed upon completion of payment, not when adding the product to the cart. We will never ask you by mail or WhatsApp bank passwords or verification codes.
Invoices and supporting documents
To request an invoice or a proof, write to info@repuestoscalderas.com and indicate the order number. Do not send bank details or passwords.
Electronic invoicing requires your consent, which you can withdraw. You have the right to receive a paper invoice at no extra cost.
Reimbursements
The procedure depends on the reason for the return. amount and duration of reimbursement. Faced with an unrecognized charge, contact your payment institution also through their official channels.
