Before you choose
Most Sensors inform the PCB of the water temperature of Heating or the sanitary water temperature to regulate the power of Burner; there are also Sensors exterior and Thermostats, such as smoke. They can be of contact, subject to the Tube with a clip, or immersion, in direct contact with the water.
To choose it, compare the reference, the fixing type, the Connector and the length of the Cable. Two Sensors with the same Connector can have different resistance values.
Are all Sensors with the same Connector equivalent?
It cannot be confirmed by the Connector. Check the equipment reference and variant, in addition to the type of fixation and documented data. Do not assign a resistance value to a Sensor if it is not accredited for that reference.
What is the difference between a Sensor contact and a dive?
The contact one is attached outside the Tube with a clip; the immersion one enters the Tube, normally threaded, and touches the water. Choose the same type that your Boiler carries.
