FAQs: spare parts, compatibility, shipping and returns
Get answers to common questions before choosing a boiler, spare part or service.
Shopping and catalogue
Choose a section and check what the listing includes.
How do I find a boiler by its manufacturer part number?
In the Boilers section, search by model or part number and open each matching listing. Check the full name and documented code; keep any suffixes that distinguish the version.
Can I buy without registering?
Yes. You can add available products to your basket and check out as a guest. Check the final amount and terms before paying.
What should I compare between two boiler listings?
Compare the part number, heating and hot-water outputs, flow rate and any documented dimensions. Check the units and conditions for each figure; do not fill a gap with data from another model.
Model and part number
Identify the part without mixing up its codes.
What information helps identify a PCB?
The boiler’s full model and a legible code on the PCB help prepare your enquiry. If you already have photos, include the labels and connectors. A similar-looking image does not confirm a match on its own.
Is the store code and the manufacturer's reference the same?
These are different identifiers. The shop code organises the catalogue; the manufacturer part number identifies the part or appliance when a documented match exists. Check which one you are comparing.
Can I choose a replacement part based only on the boiler brand?
The brand narrows down the search, but does not confirm compatibility. Check the model, version and reference in your documentation. Within a family there may be different components.
Where do I find manuals and technical documents of the model?
Each boiler listing brings together available documents and sources for its technical data. Check which model or table column each document refers to; some manuals cover a product family.
Why should you read the conditions alongside the hot-water flow rate?
The listing shows the flow rate with the conditions stated by its source, such as the temperature difference. Compare figures stated under the same conditions and keep that context with the value.
Availability and terms
Check the information status and the quotation.
What does “availability to be confirmed” mean?
Availability for this item has not been confirmed. Check the model before relying on the part or appliance for a repair.
Add to cart confirms order?
No. The order is confirmed upon completion of the purchase. Check availability, amount and shipping in the summary before paying.
Where can I check the condition of a spare part?
Check the condition stated on the listing and its details. Do not infer an item’s condition from its photo or apply it to every product from the same brand.
Where can I check warranty and returns information?
Check the warranty conditions and return policy before completing your order. On those pages you will find the requirements applicable to your purchase.
Services
Prepare an enquiry about installation, repair or maintenance.
Does the price of a boiler include installation?
Installation is included only if the quotation explicitly says so. An installation enquiry should clarify the appliance, accessories and work covered.
What information should I prepare before asking about a repair?
Note the make, model and what you have observed, without dismantling or testing the appliance. If a code appears on it, copy it exactly as shown and include it with those details.
How do I prepare an enquiry about maintenance?
Gather the boiler model and any service records you have. Check which tasks are proposed, what they include and their terms before agreeing to the work.
Need one more detail to decide?
Prepare the model or reference and consult the information you still need to confirm.
