Destination and shipping cost
Standard shipping for spare parts to mainland Spain costs €9 including VAT. Shipping is free for a product total of €120 or more. We only ship to mainland Spain. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Boilers includes transport to mainland Spain. Baleares, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded. Installation is not included.
Preparation and delivery time
Estimated total delivery time: 24–48 business hours from order confirmation for in-stock spare parts shipped to mainland Spain. Orders received after 13:00 or on non-working days are processed on the next business day.
Availability is checked upon purchase. Boilers on request requires confirmation of delivery time prior to purchase; the term of spare parts in stock does not apply to them.
Follow-up and direction
Check the address before paying. Check your purchases from My account or the tracking orders as guestIf you need help, contact us and indicates the order number.
Damage, loss or incorrect product
If you notice damage when receiving a package, report the incident as soon as possible and keep the evidence available. Package photos, label and Part may help. Do not report it within 24 or 48 hours does not alone extinguish the legal rights of the consumer.
The store must manage the transport incidents that correspond to it. Any complaint against the carrier cannot be transferred to the consumer before the product has been received materially.
Returns and guarantees
To return a Part for change of mind, see refunds and refunds. If the product presents a lack of conformity, consult guarantees. Each case has different rules on deadlines and expenses.
